INSPIRE OTHERS BY TELLING US WHY YOU MOVE
October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and AU Sport in collaboration with University of Adelaide Student Health and Wellbeing is telling your story.
Movement through sport, fitness or activity is crucial to your physical and mental wellbeing. Joining a team, hitting the gym, walking socially - these are all ways to increase your strength, improve balance, find better self-esteem, and make lifelong friends.
Come along and use our FREE photo and video booth - and tell us the story of WHY YOU MOVE. Snap a photo with one of our props, or record a short video.
All participants will get:
- A FREE coffee from the Wellbeing Coffee Cart.
- A FREE printed copy of your photos.
So come on down, take part - and inspire your fellow students, staff and the wider UoA community to embrace sport, fitness, and movement
