Having an up to date website and club management system is important for all clubs, as it is often the first point where current members, potential new members, sponsors and other key stakeholders, can find out about your club.

We are running two practical training opportunities to assist Adelaide University Sport clubs to ensure that their memberships and information is up to date on the website and club management system in time for O Week. At each session, you will be able to access a University of Adelaide computer or you can bring your own to work from while our staff provide an overview of the system. You will be shown how clubs can use the system, provide step by step instructions on how to set up memberships and products, as well as provide you with free time to work on your club's site.

Session times: 1pm – 3pm, Monday 10th February 2020 OR 6pm - 8pm, Tuesday 11th February 2020
To ensure that each club has at least one person trained, clubs are limited to having two people attend. It is also recommended that they attend the same session.

Location: Hub Training Room 348, The Hub, University of Adelaide.
Access can be made via the Barr Smith Library (just turn right as you enter) or via the Hub (downstairs and turn left)

Computer type: When registering, you will be asked to either book a computer or desk space for your own (20 Computers, 10 Laptop spaces)

Food: Only light refreshments will be provided

What you need to do before the session:

  • Ensure you have back end access to the site. If you don’t, create an account if you don’t have one already and email: so permissions can be allocated before your session.
  • Look over the Club Administrators Guide which will be set to you once you have registered
  • Come prepared with content for your club page, membership information and ONE news story
  • If bring your own computer, make sure it is charged
