The Fitness Hub is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to drive day-to-day operations and commercial success.
The position requires relevant qualifications in fitness with a minimum five years’ experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a fitness facility. You will also hold a current first aid certificate and be able to obtain a Working with Children check if you don’t already hold one.
Our people and their behaviour are critical to The Fitness Hub’s success. You will be driven, energetic, organised, and have a flexible working attitude. Your ability to connect with people to share your love for health and fitness and introduce them to a great fitness experience is essential.
Your exceptional customer services skills, ability to work autonomously and lead a team of fitness professionals is key to your success in this role.
This role is responsible for the following key areas:
- Drive sales across memberships and other retail areas to achieve monthly KPI targets
- Day to day gym operations
- Staff and roster management
- Equipment maintenance and replacement
- Marketing and gym promotion
The Fitness Hub is an independent business with three gyms located on the University of Adelaide campuses at North Terrace (CBD), Waite and Roseworthy.

Term 2/3 Season starting 11th May
Positions available:
- Two Saturday morning basketball coaches
- Three Saturday morning soccer coaches
- Two Saturday morning netball coaches
Trainings times are completely at the coaches discretion and payment will be $30 per hour for university students.
Coaches will need relevant checks including working with children and responding to abuse and neglect.
