GENDER EQUITY
WOMEN IN SPORT BRUNCH
Women in Sport Brunch has run since 2021 and is our annual event dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women in sport.
Each year, we bring together athletes, coaches, volunteers and industry professionals to discuss their lived experiences, challenges and successes, and how to ensure that sport can be an inclusive and welcoming space for women.
Headline speakers at previous Women in Sport brunches have included:
- Michelle Redfern (Author of The Leadership Compass, DEI and gender equity expert)
- Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, Governor of South Australia (First female captain of the Adelaide University Boat Club)
- Chloe Dalton OAM (WNBL and AFLW superstar, Olympic Games Rugby 7s gold medallist, and founder of The [Female] Athlete Project)
