Event information

Current, enrolled students of The University of Adelaide are invited to a free 30-minute Movement & Mindfulness Session, presented by The Fitness Hub in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Student Health & Wellbeing team.

Take a break and reconnect with your body and mind in just 30 minutes. This calming class blends gentle movement with mindful breathing to reduce stress, boost focus, and leave you feeling refreshed. Perfect for all fitness levels!

This session is presented as part of the Come and Try Fitness Program. Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing. Combining a range of various fitness classes with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. 

📍 12:00 - 12:30pm at The Fitness Hub (Roseworthy Campus).

⚠️ Students will be required to bring their current student identification card to these sessions.
