Current, enrolled students of The University of Adelaide are invited to a free 45-minute Mobility Based Training Session, presented by The Fitness Hub in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Student Health & Wellbeing team.

Improve how you move and feel every day! This class focuses on joint health, flexibility, and range of motion through controlled exercises that build long-term strength and mobility. Ideal for anyone looking to move better and prevent injury.

This session is presented as part of the Come and Try Fitness Program. Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing. Combining a range of various fitness classes with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. 

📍 8:15 - 9:00am at The Fitness Hub (Level 4, Union House, North Terrace Campus).

⚠️ Students will be required to bring their current student identification card to these sessions.
