Yin Yoga is a slow, relaxing style of yoga where poses are held for 3–5 minutes (or more) to gently stretch the deep connective tissues - fascia, ligaments, and joints - rather than the muscles. Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin targets areas like the hips, pelvis, spine, and lower back, inviting stillness, surrender, and introspection.

Current, enrolled students of The University of Adelaide are invited to a free 60-minute Yin Yoga Session with Amy, presented by The Fitness Hub in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Student Health & Wellbeing team.

📍 8:00 - 9:00am in the Group Fitness Studio at The Fitness Hub (Level 4, Union House, North Terrace Campus).
⚠️ Students will be required to bring their current student identification card to these sessions.

This session is presented as part of the Come and Try Fitness Program. Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing. Combining a range of various fitness classes with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
