Meditation is the practice of turning inward - creating space between your thoughts, connecting to your breath, and returning to the present moment. It offers a path back to clarity, calm, and inner stillness. In these sessions, we’ll explore a variety of meditation styles - both guided and silent, using breath, visualization, mantra, and body awareness. You’ll be supported in finding what works for you, whether you're seated, lying down, or even resting in restorative postures.
Current, enrolled students of The University of Adelaide are invited to a free 60-minute Meditation & Unwind Session with Inderjit, presented by The Fitness Hub in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Student Health & Wellbeing team.
📍 4:15 - 5:15pm in the Group Fitness Studio at The Fitness Hub (Level 4, Union House, North Terrace Campus).
⚠️ Students will be required to bring their current student identification card to these sessions.
This session is presented as part of the Come and Try Fitness Program. Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing. Combining a range of various fitness classes with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
