Our beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class is the perfect way to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more connected to your body - no experience needed. We'll guide you through each movement with simple, clear instructions in a welcoming, supportive environment. Just bring a mat and a willingness to move - your stronger, more balanced self-starts here!

Current, enrolled students of The University of Adelaide are invited to a free 60-minute Mat Pilates Session with Michelle, presented by The Fitness Hub in collaboration with The University of Adelaide Student Health & Wellbeing team.

📍 1:00 - 2:00pm in the George Murray Room (Union House, North Terrace Campus).
⚠️ Students will be required to bring their current student identification card to these sessions.

This session is presented as part of the Come and Try Fitness Program. Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing. Combining a range of various fitness classes with interactive workshops on healthy living and movement, this program offers a holistic approach to one's journey with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
