Session Theme:  Coaching with an Inclusive Mindset: Building Culture and Getting the Best from Every Athlete

Ash Brazill is an elite Australian athlete renowned for her success in both netball and AFLW.   A Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist and Netball World Cup Champion with the Australian Diamonds, Brazill has also built and impressive AFLW career with Collingwood and Fremantle.   Known for her leadership, competiveness and versality, she is widely respected as one of Australia's premier dual-sport athletes.

Ash has a key interest in coaching (presently Club Specialist Coach with West Coast Fever) and the media.

The session will be practical, relatable and engaging — real-life examples, stories and actionable takeaways that coaches can apply in your own club environments.
