Vice Chancellor's Cup (VC Cup) is a fun, high-energy interfaculty competition bringing together students and staff across Adelaide University. Each college and portfolio is encouraged to enter at least one team for each event. A range of sports are represented and a points system is used, with points tallied across the event to determine who takes home the Vice Chancellor's Cup.

Swimming is the sixth event of the 2026 VC Cup, and will record each participant’s total swim over the period of 12 October 2026 – 25 October 2026. Participants can choose to swim at the Pridham Hall or Roseworthy pools, but must show proof of the event confirmation email. At the end of the competition period an average will be determined for each College and Portfolio using the total swimming distance of each of its members. The College or Portfolio with the best average time will be the overall winner of the Swimming event for VC Cup 2026.
