WEST BEACH recreation hub
West Beach Recreation Hub underwent a major upgrade throughout 2021, adding new unisex change rooms, updated clubrooms and facilities, and offices. The facilities houses extensive sports fields and is a multi-sport hub for both competitive sport and recreational pursuits, being home to Adelaide University Sport clubs such as Hockey, Cricket, Soccer, Gliding, Scuba Diving, and Mountain.
Four sportsgrounds make up the main portion of the hub running along Tapleys Hill Road, and are used throughout Summer primarily for Cricket and throughout Winter primarily for Soccer. Situated behind the clubrooms is a dedicated Hockey pitch.
Adelaide University Sport and Fitness manages these fields.
The West Beach Function Room is also available for hire.
