Murphy selected in squad for World Athletics Championships

Elite Athlete Aidan Murphy has officially been selected in Athletics Australia's squad for the 2022 World Athletics Championships.
The Championships will be held in Oregon, USA this month where Murphy will join Australia's most talented track and field athletes.
The squad of 64 consists of Olympic Champions such as Kelsey-Lee Barber, Nicola McDermott and Ash Moloney.
Murphy will compete in the Men's 200m with fellow junior athlete Caleb Law.
Last month, Murphy stormed home to victory to claim the Men's 200m title at the Oceania Athletics Championships, setting a time of 20.76.
The World Athletics Championships are set to kick off next Friday, 15 July.
