Recharge Your Mind & Body with Mindful Mondays! Step away from the business of your day and into a space of calm. This 45-minute session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to create space in your mind and body. Come as you are, with an open mind, ready to embrace a moment for yourself and invite a deeper mind-body connection. This is a free event.
No experience needed - just bring yourself, take a deep breath, and enjoy the moment.
Please note: We ask that you wear appropriate activewear, including closed-toe shoes, a t-shirt or tank top, and shorts or active pants.
