There is currently a bug with survey forms which limits longer text fields to 255 characters.

It is recommended that longer submissions use the "Additional Documents" fields to upload PDFs of these responses for the time being, or that nominations be done via the downloadable form.

2026 Club Letters Competition and Service Nomination

Please use this form to nominate club members for a 2026 Club Letters - Service and / or Club Letters - Competition for acheivements in the past 12 months only ( From November 1st 2025).

Adelaide University Sport club members, who are not students at the Adelaide University are able to be nominated for Club Letter - Service and Competition awards.

Club Letters recognise individuals who make their clubs great. 

• Think about the person(s) who help your club run smoothly (committee members, coaches, team managers and uniform-washers etc). If they have done it for long enough, ‘Club Letters (Service)’ is the right award for them. 

• Think about the athletes in your club who have been playing for many years. ‘Club Letters (Competition)’ is the right award for them.
