There is currently a bug with survey forms which limits longer text fields to 255 characters.

It is recommended that longer submissions use the "Additional Documents" fields to upload PDFs of these responses for the time being, or that nominations be done via the downloadable form.

2026 Blues/Half Blues Award Nomination - Round 2

Please use this form to nominate club members for a 2026 Blue or Half Blue for acheivements in the past 12 months only.

Round 2 Nominations close Sunday 4th October 2026

The Blues Committee recognises that comparing clubs and sports is not an easy task. Factors such as the sport size, the competition level and the pathways within each sport can make this task difficult. To ensure all who receive an award are of similar calibre, 'club standards' are set to ensure consistency but still cater for sport and club differences. Clubs are asked to refer to their club standards when discussing potential nominees. 

All applications will then be reviewed, discussed and ratified by the Blues Committee.
