AU Sport Clubs - Return to Sport

The following information is required to complete this form:
  • A copy of the plan submitted to SA Government (you will receive an email copy once submitted)
  • Your Club’s Return to Sport Plan
  • If suitable, a copy of your SSO plan
  • The name of the person/persons at your club who will fill the role of a COVID Safe Officer/Coordinator as well as evidence that they have undertaken the COVID 19 Infection Control Training. A screenshot of their Certificate will do.
    • If your club has more than 50 members, two people will need to be appointed to this role and undertake this training

Please provide details of your club's return to sport plan which outlines the following information. This should cover:

  • How you intend to train within the current limits to  training and which space you aim to use, inclusive of maps/diagrams
  • Hand sanitisation stations for use before and after training
  • What days, times and groups intend to train

A template for a Club's Return to Sport Plan can be found on the Sport Australia website

If you have already provided this information to AU Sport and no changes have occurred, you do not need to provide this information again.

AU Sport is requiring all clubs to have at least one person allocated the role of a COVID Safe Office. If you have more that 50 members, you need to have TWO people allocated to this role.

Has your State Sporting Organisation (SSO) provided you with their Return to Sport Plan?
