This award recognises long and single service to the Adelaide Univeristy Sport and Fitness Association. It is regarded as a higher award than Club Letters - Service and is awarded following approval from the Adelaide University Sport and Fitness Board.

Categories 

The following categories should assist an affiliated club and/or the board when considering a nominee for a Service to Sport Award. 

Players/coaches/officials/volunteers:

Exceptional service record as either a player, coach, match official or volunteer at affiliated club level or at national/regional games representing the University of Adelaide. 

Administrators: 

• Member of Adelaide University Sport Board of Management 

• Adelaide University Sport Council delegate 

• South Australian representative of AUS national board 

• Adelaide University Sport Committee member, e.g. Blues, West Best Hockey Centre, Users Group Committee etc. 

• Adelaide University Sport staff members 

• Representatives from the University of Adelaide 

Special:

Our Board of Management may nominate one person per year (who is not included in one of the above categories) for special services to Sport at the University of Adelaide.
