2024 Club Letters Competition and Service Nomination

Please use this form to nominate club members for a 2024 Club Letters - Service and / or Club Letters - Competition for acheivements in the past 12 months only.

Adelaide University Sport club members, who are not students at the University of Adelaide are able to be nominated for Club Letter - Service and Competition awards.

Club Letters recognise individuals who make their clubs great. 

• Think about the person(s) who help your club run smoothly (committee members, coaches, team managers and uniform-washers etc). If they have done it for long enough, ‘Club Letters (Service)’ is the right award for them. 

• Think about the athletes in your club who have been playing for many years. ‘Club Letters (Competition)’ is the right award for them.
