Adelaide University Sport require clubs to complete the following form to ensure facilities for regular club trainings and/or games can be booked on your behalf for 2026.

Affiliated AUSF sporting clubs will receive priority access to AU facility hire second only to teaching.  AUSF Clubs with current facility bookings in place will be given first chance to re-book annually. Affiliated clubs will be provided with FREE AU facility hire.

If required, support in sourcing external facility hire will be provided.  Support for funding will be negotiated for external facility hire where AUSF facilities are not available.

AUSF will do its best to accommodate your clubs booking requests, but preferred bookings are not guaranteed. 

AUSF will liaise with you if there are any issue/clashes with preferred booking times. Clubs will be notified by email later in the year about access to facilities for 2026.


Please note:

All governance documents (including AGM documents) must be up to date prior to clubs be offered access to AU Sport facilities in 2026.

Pridham Hall bookings are subject to availability around graduations.  There may be weeks during the year where use of the facilities is not available.  Clubs will be made aware of this, but if this is an issue for your club, you may want to consider choosing indoor facilities at another campus.

FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

eg stadium, oval, class room - please specify if you have any specific preferences to ovals/fields, room preferences

Include pre-season requirements as well. You may need to consider the Academic Calendar.

State the start and finishing time for each session and the day of the week if there is more than one session required.

Include name, position, contact email, mobile and session (ie Monday nights)
